Submission Guidelines

All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference. The conference will long paper abstracts for the proceedings. Authors may submit a short abstract for consideration, then upon acceptance of the topic submit the long abstract for inclusion.

• Short Abstract (Due February 1st, 2026): Two page abstract presenting research topic and research proposal for inclusion in the conference.
• Long Abstract (Due April 1st, 2026): All accepted short abstracts will be invited to complete their six page abstract for inclusion in the proceedings and to be presented at the Conference May 9th.
