V International Conference on Computer Science and Information Systems

INCISCOS 2026

November 18–20, 2026 | Quito, Ecuador

The V International Conference on Computer Science and Information Systems (INCISCOS 2026) invites researchers, academics, professionals, and graduate students to submit original research papers for presentation at the conference, which will be held from November 18 to 20, 2026, at Universidad UTE, Quito, Ecuador.

INCISCOS 2026 aims to provide an international forum for the presentation of high-quality research, fostering collaboration between academia and industry in the fields of Computer Science, Intelligent Systems, Mechatronics, and Information Technologies. The conference promotes interdisciplinary dialogue and encourages contributions addressing both theoretical advances and real-world applications aligned with digital transformation and sustainable development.

Conference Tracks

Authors are invited to submit original contributions in (but not limited to) the following areas:

1. High Performance, Cloud and Distributed Computing

2. Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and Intelligent Analytics

3. Cybersecurity and Secure Information Systems

4. Robotics and Automation Systems

5. Embedded, Real-Time and Control Systems

6. Smart Systems, Industry Applications and Engineering Education

7. Human–Computer Interaction and Digital Interfaces

8. Software Engineering and Information Systems

Paper Submission

Submitted papers must:

• Present original, unpublished research.

• Not be under review elsewhere.

• Be written in English.

• Follow the IEEE conference template (6–8 pages).

• Be anonymized for double-blind review.

All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process with at least two independent reviewers per paper.

Publication

Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings through IEEE Conference Publishing Services (CPS) and submitted to IEEE Xplore®. All published papers will receive an ISBN and DOI. Indexing in databases such as Ei Compendex and Scopus will depend on the evaluation criteria of each indexing service.
