TIMTED 2025: International Conference “Current Economic Trends in Emerging and Developing Countries” Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, 16 J.H. Pestalozzi Street Timisoara, Romania, May 22-24, 2025

Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, West University of Timisoara, and the East-European Center for Research in Economics and Business (ECREB) are pleased to invite you to the 8th edition of the International Conference “Current Economic Trends in Emerging and Developing Countries” (TIMTED-2025), which will be held in Timisoara, Romania, from May 22 to 24, 2025.

As a leading academic, researcher, Ph.D. student, or professional in the field, this conference presents a unique opportunity to engage in high-quality scientific discourse and exchange ideas and opinions on contemporary social problems such as globalization, the dynamic organizational environment, and the development of digital technologies.

The conference encourages interdisciplinary research grounded in economics and business but also related to fields such as sociology, political science, psychology etc.

Submission Guidelines

TIMTED International Conference welcomes electronic submissions of extended abstracts until 15 April 2025.

Authors can submit a maximum of two extended abstracts. Please write your text in English (American or British, not a mixture of these) and prepare your manuscript considering the Template and guidelines available on the conference website (https://www.timted.ro/author-guidelines-timted-2025/).

Please make sure to mention your co-authors’ names. Co-authors’ names will be published in the programme and conference abstract book precisely as indicated in the submitted extended abstract(s).

Author instructions contain general information, requirements, guidelines, applicable tools, and necessary forms to assist those interested in participating in our conference in writing, formatting and submitting their extended abstracts.
