About the Conference

The HRFEST 2026: International Conference on Humanoid Robotics, Innovation & Leadership is the premier Latin American forum that bridges the gap between advanced robotics research and industrial leadership. Hosted by the Universidad Nacional del Callao (UNAC) as the official academic and not-for-profit sponsor, with NFM Robotics acting as an industrial patron and logistical facilitator, this conference gathers top researchers, industry leaders, and innovators.

HRFEST 2026 is currently processing its Technical Co-Sponsorship with IEEE Region 9. Upon approval, accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into the IEEE Xplore digital library, subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

Submission Guidelines

• Review Process: HRFEST 2026 enforces a strict Double-Blind Peer Review process. Initial submissions MUST NOT contain author names, affiliations, or any identifying information.
• Format: All manuscripts must follow the standard double-column IEEE Conference template.
• Length: Papers must be submitted in PDF format and should not exceed six (6) pages.
• Originality: Submissions must be original work not currently under review by any other conference or journal.
