Are you actively engaged in the realm of ocean science information systems, data management, or technology development?
The 9th edition of the International Conference on Marine Data and Information Systems (IMDIS) invites you to be part of this transformative event by submitting your papers and contributions. This is a great opportunity to showcase your expertise, share your insights, and contribute to the advancement of ocean science.
Every three years, the IMDIS conferences convene diverse communities working in information technology, marine data management, research, and environmental conservation, among others. Their purpose is to facilitate the exchange and dissemination of the latest data and metadata management processes, standards, products, services, and software in ocean science. These conferences also serve as a platform to discuss recent developments in marine environmental infrastructure and observation systems.
How to submit
Authors are invited to submit papers (maximum 2 pages) for oral presentations or posters. To do so, visit the IMDIS Conference 2026 website to access the submission portal and follow guidelines to upload your paper: https://imdis.seadatanet.org/Submission
Submissions are open until 3 May 2026.
